Established in 2018, Skyfield Homes is a South East Queensland-based custom home builder with a senior management team having a combined construction industry experience of over 50 years, Skyfield Homes has grown to sales of more than 50 million dollars, becoming one of the fastest-growing custom home builders in Queensland.
The Challenge
The most painful issues from the marketing team were the lack of consistency across media and multiple inputs from non-creative areas, resulting in poor brand awareness. The task was clear: unify the brand guidelines and apply them through the forthcoming content – print, digital, signage and more.

The exploration phase started with studying what makes Skyfield Homes outstanding and brainstorming ways to highlight these aspects. The drive to build customised houses that cater to every family’s needs is part of Skyfield’s ethos, and this high level of detail and customisation was applied to every collateral.
The outcome is a set of brochures presenting the company, its home designs and available accessories. This gave Skyfield Homes a fresh and unified look to reach new horizons.
The results
Skyfield Homes saw an increase in brand awareness after using the new catalogues, with the Marketing & Sales team pleased with the results and motivated to further increase their efforts. The new catalogues also raised the bar for future designers to follow higher standards, putting the company closer to its biggest competitors.
